Return & Refund Policy
Returns
We want you to love your purchase! If you're not completely satisfied, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition you received them.
- We do not accept returns on sale items, gift cards, or personal care products (for hygiene reasons).
- Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was defective or incorrect.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email whether your refund has been approved.
- If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same item, please contact us through our support form.
How to Start a Return

Make sure to include your order number, item details, and reason for the return. Our team will get back to you within 24–48 business hours.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund after the estimated time, please:
- Double-check your bank account
- Contact your credit card company or bank
- If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us via our Contact Page.
